FundPath Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms


By accessing FundPath ("Service"), operated by XOBiz LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.


2. Description of Service


FundPath is a SaaS platform for managing funding request and approval workflows within organizations. Features include:

  • Creating and submitting funding requests
  • Multi-level approval workflows
  • Email notifications
  • Financial reporting and analytics

    • 3. Accounts


    3.1 Registration

    You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.


    3.2 Organization Accounts

    Organizations may create accounts with multiple users. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions.


    4. Acceptable Use


    You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

    5.1 Your Data

    You retain ownership of all data you submit ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content as necessary to provide the Service.


    5.2 Data Protection

    We protect Your Content using industry-standard security measures. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.


    6. Payment Terms


    6.1 Billing

    Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.


    6.2 Price Changes

    We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


    7. Service Level


    7.1 Availability

    We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.


    7.2 Support

    Support is provided via email during business hours. Response times vary by plan tier.


    8. Intellectual Property


    The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by XOBiz LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.


    9. Limitation of Liability


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XOBiz LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


    11. Termination


    11.1 By You

    You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.


    11.2 By Us

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.


    11.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data within 90 days unless required by law to retain it.


    12. Modifications


    We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


    13. General Provisions


    13.1 Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.


    13.2 Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina, except for claims for injunctive relief.


    13.3 Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and XOBiz LLC.


    13.4 Severability

    If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
